Ecrimesa Group facilities include the latest machinery and qualified staff to develop projects in the fabrication of steel and aluminium parts by investment casting, MIM, machining and additive manufacturing.

Moreover, we have our own technical office and mould workshop, metallurgic laboratory and metrology department, heat treatment plant and a machining plant.

We invest continually to automate processes and increase our production capacity.

Investment Casting

With a production capacity of more than 10 tons per day, we deliver fully finished pieces, including machining and heat treatments.

Metal Injection Moulding

Experience, quality, and innovation: 30 years producing parts by MIM technology, with more than 2,300 different references for more than 200 customers.

Machining

Integrated machining plant with facilities for horizontal and vertical machining, CNC turning machines with numeric control with and without motorized heads. Homologized process according to IATF 16949 norm.

Additive Manufacturing

Combining experience and innovation: metal 3D printing for prototyping, short batches of parts and tailored pieces.
