1. What attracted you to MimecriUSA to join the project?
I was atracted to MimecriUSA for the work we do here and how it benefits many people around the world, and the great environment the company brings. Great moral and overall great ability to learn a new trade and excel!

2. What has it meant for you to be part of a company undergoing international expansion?
It’s been an honor to contribute to the company’s international growth and to actively take part in such an important phase of transition.

3. What motivates you the most about your current job?
The leadership shows wonderful morals and is right there with us to help us if needed.

4. How would you explain your job to someone outside the industrial sector?
I inspect components for different types of firearms to make sure each part meets the required specifications and functions properly within the final assembly.

5. What do you hope to learn or contribute in this new professional stage?
I hope to learn as much as I can about all parts of the company and be able to contribute the knowledge I learn to help others or help the company further excel.

6. If it weren’t MimecriUSA… what company or sector would you have liked to work in, even just out of curiosity?
I think I would have worked with wildlife! It’s something I’ve always found fascinating and would have loved to explore, even just out of curiosity.

7. One object that can’t be missing from your desk (and why).
What can’t be missing from my desk is a pen — I always have something to jot down, so I like to keep one handy at all times.

9. That country or city you’re eager to visit.
Spain, it was an amazing experience. The food was wonderful, and the historical places I got to visit were extraordinary. The people of Spain are all wonderful and very friendly and helpful. The best experience of my life so far.
