Since 2020, our performance has been evaluated by EcoVadis, one of the world’s leading sustainability rating platforms. In this article, we share how our ongoing improvements in environmental management, labor practices, ethics, and sustainable procurement have led us to reach the 85th percentile of all companies assessed globally.

EcoVadis has become a global benchmark in corporate sustainability assessment. Since its founding in 2007, the platform has evaluated more than 150,000 companies, helping organizations reduce risk, drive improvements, and accelerate their positive impact on the planet and society.

The EcoVadis methodology is based on internationally recognized standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative, the UN Global Compact, and ISO 26000. Companies are evaluated across four key areas: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. These are further broken down into 21 performance indicators, which assess the quality of a company’s sustainability management system in terms of policies, actions, and results.

At Ecrimesa Group, we have undergone EcoVadis assessments since 2020, reflecting our ongoing commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Over the past few years, we have worked intensively to improve practices across all areas of evaluation, steadily increasing our performance.

The scores obtained by Ecrimesa in the EcoVadis assessments reflect the company’s ongoing effort and dedication to meeting the highest standards in sustainability. Thanks to these ongoing efforts, our EcoVadis score has consistently improved, reaching 67 out of 100—a result that positions Ecrimesa in the 85th percentile of all companies evaluated worldwide.
