This tool, developed in collaboration with technology experts, is designed to optimize interaction with customers and improve project offering and monitoring processes. Specifically adapted to Ecrimesa’s production processes, the system not only increases internal efficiency, but also enriches the customer experience, marking a new milestone in the company’s commercial management.
Our highly trained and multilingual sales and after-sales team accompanies the customer at every stage of the process, from the quote to the delivery of the final product. This, combined with our commitment to adhering to a responsible code of conduct, reinforces our role as an integral partner to our clients.
Innovation in Customer Management with Customized CRM
This philosophy led us, in 2021, to collaborate with Acicatech in the development of a customized CRM, aligned with our production processes. The tarjet was to strengthen the offer processes and improve interaction with clients in new projects, especially in a context where teleworking and the decrease in face-to-face visits promoted the strengthening of direct digital relationships from the factory.
The initial challenge was significant for Acicatech, due to our operation is not based on a standard catalog, it is on the production of personalized parts according to customer drawings and specifications, using technologies such as Investment Casting or MIM. This entails a wide range of possible combinations of materials, treatments, machining, quantities and tests, all to satisfy the specific needs of each client.
Soon, the effort began to be rewarded. The new platform allowed us not only to manage and do budgets in an accessible and connected way, but also to orderly access all related documentation and correspondence, even from mobile devices outside the office.
But that was just the beginning. The software provides us with comprehensive access to information about activities with clients, from contacts made at fairs to detailed monitoring of the business relationship from its beginning.

A notable aspect is the ability to quickly view all the projects offered and carry out more detailed monitoring, helping the contact with customers, the access to drawings and offers, as well as internal and external comments, all with a single click.
The interface is adaptable to the needs of each member of the sales team, allowing you to view everything from the last offer to the last contact, and manage key moments such as relevant decisions about the project or when reactivate contact with the client.
This tool not only improves our internal work, it also allows us to offer more personalized attention to customers, recording changes in design, requirements and costs of parts.
