  1. What attracted you to Ecrimesa Group / MimecriUSA?
What drew me in was the company’s strength and stability in the sector. Ecrimesa Group has a clear vision and long-standing experience in metal part manufacturing. Being part of this expansion into the U.S. felt like joining a solid and forward-thinking project.
  2. What has it meant for you to be part of a company in full international expansion?
This move has truly marked a turning point in my life. On a personal level, relocating to the United States has been a transformative experience—new culture, new routines, new perspectives. Professionally, it’s a challenging and exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of the company in a key market, building something solid from the ground up.
  3. What surprised you most when you arrived in the United States?
What struck me most was the American mindset. Their global vision, strong sense of entrepreneurship, and openness to new ideas have been fascinating. There’s a very pragmatic, can-do attitude that I admire and from which I’m learning every day.
  4. What motivates you most about your current role? I’m deeply motivated by the idea of laying down strong foundations for the future of MimecriUSA. We are building not just a production facility, but a long-term operation that will serve as a strategic pillar for the entire Ecrimesa Group. Being part of this beginning stage is a responsibility I take with pride.
  5. How would you explain your job to someone not familiar with the industrial sector?
I’d probably start with a simple presentation to explain the benefits of metal injection molding technology, focusing on the key balance between production efficiency, cost, and part quality. It’s a technology that can seem complex at first, but when you understand the potential, it’s impressive.
  6. What do you hope to learn or contribute in this new professional stage?
I hope to gain insight into working across different cultures and business mindsets. At the same time, I want to bring all my experience from the industrial sector to the table, especially when it comes to solving complex challenges and navigating difficult situations.
  7. An object you can’t work without (and why)?
A pen and a notebook. They’re essential tools for me. I use them constantly to jot down thoughts, structure ideas, and keep things organized throughout the day.
  8. Recommend a movie, a series, a song, and a book to help us get to know you better.
I’m not much into movies or TV, but I do enjoy reading. I’d say Don Quixote and The Pillars of the Earth are two books that have left a strong impression on me. As for music, I often listen to classical, there’s something about it that brings clarity and focus to my day.
  9. A country or city you’re eager to visit?
Any country in Southeast Asia. I’m really curious about that part of the world, its cultures, history, and perspectives.
