Josué Morales is part of the team at MimecriUSA, working as a plant operator and mold assembler. In this short interview, he shares what it means to him to work in a company undergoing international expansion, what motivates him in his day-to-day, and why he always keeps a notebook close at hand.

1. What attracted you to MimecriUSA to join the project?
What first attracted me to MimecriUSA was the chance to be part of an international company — the idea of joining a global project really appealed to me
2. What has it meant for you to be part of a company undergoing international expansion?
Personally, it’s been a chance for me to grow and develop in new ways, particularly by collaborating with teams across different countries, learning about new markets, and overcoming challenges in real-time.
3. What motivates you the most about your current job?
What motivates me the most in my current job is the continuous opportunity to learn new things.
4. How would you explain your job to someone outside the industrial sector?
As an operator, I manage the machines that perform the metal injection molding process — turning raw materials into precise metal parts.
5. What do you hope to learn or contribute in this new professional stage?
I’m looking forward to expanding my technical knowledge and continuing to grow within the industry.
6. If it weren’t MimecriUSA… what company or sector would you have liked to work in, even just out of curiosity?
Definitely something in the sports industry — it’s an area that has always caught my interest.
7. One object that can’t be missing from your desk (and why).
One object that can’t be missing from my desk is a notebook. I use it to quickly jot down tasks, meeting notes, or ideas that pop up throughout the day.
